Farm Lake is situated in the Aube region around 4 hours drive from Calais and the local village is 1 km away and has amenities such as a restaurant, small shop, bar, tabac, bakery and a pharmacy. 10 minutes drive and you will be in a larger town which has supermarkets etc. The old town of Troyes is 60 minutes away, it has factory outlets ( McArthurGlen and Marques Avenue) for all the Designer names. Provins is a beautiful town about 30 minutes away. Nigloland Theme Park is about 75 minutes away.

The Lake is set in an area of Natural Beauty where the Bittern is a protected bird and White Storks can be seen nesting on the roadway down to the lake. The wildlife is amazing with an abundance of birds and animals. The famous River Seine runs not too far from the lake and has produced world record carp in the past.
